Here at WhoTrades and Just2Trade, we have a new program available for anyone interested in becoming a prop trader without upfront capital contribution of your own. This opportunity is available for anyone with the ambition, discipline, and motivation to become a professional prop trader. The Steps (1) Sign up through the Try2BFunded intro page and get access to a demo/paper trading balance of $30,000, $50,000, or $100,000. (2) Pass the qualifying round and two stages of tests. (3) Get access to the funded, real-money account. (The amount of real money given to a trader will be equal to the amount chosen to participate in the second phase.) The Rules Each of the stages have their own requirements for profits and drawdowns: (1) Must meet a 6% profit target in each stage. (2) Cannot have more than a 2% daily loss (based on the previous day’s close) or 4% maximum drawdown from the starting capital balance. (3) Must turnover one’s account balance once in a day for five days on Stage 1 and the same for ten days on Stage 2. That means for Stage 1, if you are on a $100,000 account, you must trade in $100,000 of volume in five different days. This requirement increases to $100,000 of trade volume in ten different days for Stage 2. (There is no subsequent requirement for the funded, real-money accounts.) (4) If you are stopped out of a stage or real-money account by exceeding the maximum drawdown or daily loss threshold, you will return to the beginning of Stage 1. Why should you participate? 1. You do not risk your own funds during the qualifying rounds. (There is a monthly subscription to the program on both the qualifying stages and funded, real-money account of $100 per month for the $30k account, $150 per month for the $50k account, and $300 per month for the $100k account.) 2. Anyone can place into the program. It is strictly based upon your performance. 3. You have access to a professional trading platform with real quotes. 4. Trading statistics are available at any point in time. Getting access to the funded account requires not just making a profit, but also keeping risk under control and avoiding significant drawdowns. The qualifying steps provide access to stocks and ETFs on the US market (additional stocks are available from the UK and German stock exchanges). Please let us know if you have any questions!
